We are currently hiring Retail Promotions Assistants to represent our clients at retail locations and promotional events throughout the Dallas area. This is a face-to-face customer service and sales role where you will engage with customers, promote products and services, and help drive customer acquisitions. No prior experience is required—paid training and ongoing support are provided. What You'll Do Greet and engage customers at retail locations and promotional events Present and explain products, services, and promotional offers Answer customer questions and provide excellent customer service Assist customers with enrollment, purchases, or account setup when applicable Maintain product knowledge and stay informed on current promotions Help set up and maintain promotional displays and event materials Meet individual and team performance goals Complete daily activity and sales reporting as required Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or event experience is a plus but not required Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Reliable transportation to work locations within the San Antonio area Must be authorized to work in the United States Compensation & Benefits Base pay plus commission compensation structure Average earnings of $1,500 per week; individual earnings may vary based on performance Weekly pay Paid training and ongoing mentorship Advancement opportunities based on performance Team incentives and recognition programs Professional development and leadership training About the Position This is an in-person position that involves direct interaction with customers at retail and event locations.
