This role is crucial for driving the strategic direction of the organization and fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of leadership, business acumen, and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers and vendors and ensure the successful execution of our vision. The job is for Saturday mornings, 6:30 AM to 12:30 PM. Total pay is $100 per Saturday. Duties Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and board members to enhance the market experience. Oversee market operations on Saturday mornings and ensure alignment with policies and procedures. Put out signage before the market begins and retrieve after market ends. Set up hand washing station, traffic stanchions, and a variety of other market gear before the market begins and wreck down and store away after the market ends. Monitor and manage phone calls and social media interactions during the market. Receive and process EBT transactions for SNAP customers during the market. Skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Proficiency in relationship management, with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen attention to detail.
