Sales Director / CEO Position Summary Bedrock Digital Marketing is looking for a motivated and competitive Digital Marketing Sales Representative to generate new business, build strong relationships, and close clients for our digital marketing services. This is a performance-driven sales position designed for someone who wants control over their earning potential. The majority of compensation is earned through uncapped commissions, along with a small weekly payment for consistent sales activity. First-year representatives can earn an estimated $55,000-$85,000 , depending on individual performance. Earnings are not guaranteed and are directly based on sales results. Services You Will Sell Website design and development Search engine optimization Google Ads management Meta and social media advertising Social media management Branding and graphic design Video production Marketing strategy and consulting Hosting, maintenance, and digital solutions Primary ResponsibilitiesProspecting and Lead Generation Identify and contact potential clients through calls, emails, networking, social media, and in-person outreach. Follow up consistently with company-provided and self-generated leads. Build a healthy sales pipeline of local and regional businesses. Attend networking events and develop referral relationships. Research prospects before meetings to understand their business and marketing needs. Maintain consistent daily prospecting activity. Sales Consultations Meet with business owners and decision-makers. Identify the prospect's goals, challenges, budget, and current marketing efforts. Explain Bedrock's services in a clear and professional manner. Recommend the appropriate marketing services or package. Present proposals and answer questions regarding pricing, timelines, and deliverables. Communicate the value and expected business impact of Bedrock's services. Closing and Follow-Up Follow up with prospects until a clear decision is reached. Handle objections confidently and professionally. Negotiate within approved pricing and package guidelines. Obtain signed agreements and initial payments. Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals. Maintain communication with new clients until the onboarding process is complete. Ask satisfied clients and professional contacts for referrals. CRM and Reporting Record leads, conversations, meetings, proposals, and follow-ups in the company CRM. Keep all opportunities and pipeline stages accurate. Submit weekly activity and sales reports. Maintain an organized follow-up schedule. Provide leadership with accurate revenue forecasts. Document important client expectations before handing the account to production. Client Handoff Confirm that the signed agreement accurately reflects what was sold. Avoid promising services, results, discounts, or timelines that have not been approved. Provide the operations team with complete client information. Clearly communicate the client's goals, expectations, purchased services, and deadlines. Participate in the initial handoff or onboarding meeting when needed. Remain available to clarify the original agreement after the sale. Compensation This is a commission-focused sales position with: A small weekly support payment. Uncapped commissions on closed business. Estimated first-year earnings of $55,000-$85,000 based on performance. Opportunities to earn more by exceeding sales targets. Commission incentives or bonuses may be offered for reaching specific goals. The exact commission percentages, payment schedule, qualification requirements, cancellation policies, and chargeback terms will be explained during the interview and included in the compensation agreement. Performance Expectations The representative will be evaluated based on: New revenue generated. Number of qualified appointments scheduled. Proposals presented. Closing percentage. Consistent prospecting and follow-up activity. Accuracy of CRM records. Quality of clients sold. Accuracy of agreements and client expectations. Client retention after the sales handoff. Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales goals. Qualifications Previous sales, business development, or customer-facing experience. Digital marketing or advertising sales experience is preferred. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Comfortable making cold calls and approaching new businesses. Ability to build relationships with business owners and decision-makers. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Organized and consistent with follow-ups. Comfortable working in a performance-based compensation structure. Reliable transportation for local meetings and networking events. Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills are strongly preferred.

Days 31-60 Maintain consistent daily prospecting activity. Conduct consultations and present proposals. Build an active pipeline of qualified opportunities. Begin closing new accounts and earning commissions. Days 61-90 Consistently meet activity and appointment expectations. Develop referral and networking relationships. Improve closing percentage and average sale value. Work toward monthly revenue targets and full earning potential.
