E-Commerce & Sales Representative for embroidery and embroidery equipment and supplies/accessories.

//www.plrelectronics.com We are seeking an organized, motivated, and sales-driven individual to help grow online sales, manage customer relationships, and support our marketing and e-commerce operations. This is an inside sales and e-commerce position focused on driving revenue through multiple sales channels, maintaining customer relationships, and helping expand our online presence.
Compensation Base pay:
$15-$17/hr depending on experience 10% commission on embroidery goods sales revenue 1% commission on embroidery machine and related sales revenue Additional commission opportunities available Weekly Sales Expectations $40,000+ weekly embroidery machine sales $10,000+ weekly embroidery goods and supplies sales ResponsibilitiesSales Respond to inbound leads and customer inquiries Follow up on quotes and sales opportunities Generate sales through phone, email, CRM campaigns, and online channels Sell embroidery machines, embroidery supplies, embroidery products, service packages, electronics, and related products Develop and maintain customer relationships Assist walk-in customers when needed E-Commerce Support sales activities across: The Embroidery Warehouse (www.theembroiderywarehouse.com) EmbroiderU (www.embroideru.com) PLR Electronics (www.plrelectronics.com) Amazon eBay Facebook Marketplace Additional online sales channels Responsibilities include: Monitoring online listings and sales opportunities Assisting with product listings and merchandising Identifying opportunities to increase online revenue Supporting promotions, specials, and product launches CRM & Customer Management Utilize company CRM systems daily Send emails and sales campaigns through the CRM Make outbound sales calls Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up schedules Track leads, quotes, and opportunities through the sales pipeline Marketing & Social Media Work closely with the marketing team Participate in social media content creation Create photos, videos, product demonstrations, customer success stories, and educational content Maintain an active presence across company social media platforms Promote products, specials, events, and customer projects Be comfortable appearing on camera for social media, training, and promotional content Customer Communication Answer incoming customer calls professionally Create and route Zendesk tickets when needed Coordinate with sales, service, and support teams to ensure customer issues are handled promptly Qualifications Sales experience preferred E-commerce experience preferred Strong communication skills Comfortable on the phone and via email Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable using CRM software and online selling platforms Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously Preferred Experience Embroidery industry experience Embroidery machine experience Apparel decorating experience Zoho CRM experience Amazon Seller Central experience eBay selling experience Facebook Marketplace selling experience Social media content creation Basic photo and video editing What Success Looks Like The successful candidate will consistently follow up on leads, maintain strong customer relationships, create engaging content, actively support online sales channels, and achieve sales goals while representing all company brands professionally. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, marketing, e-commerce, social media, and building long-term customer relationships.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
