We're looking for a creative, organized, and dependable Marketing & Events Coordinator to help grow our brand, support our events, and engage with our community both online and in person.
Responsibilities:
Marketing & Social Media Create and schedule social media content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok Capture photos and videos during events and daily operations Create simple graphics and promotional materials using Canva Assist with maintaining a monthly content calendar Respond to inquiries Email Marketing & Customer Engagement Create and assist with sending weekly email campaigns Promote upcoming events, memberships, camps, and birthday parties Assist with customer follow-up and lead nurturing Maintain customer and marketing databases as needed Events & Community Outreach Assist with planning and promoting special events Help execute events onsite when needed Distribute flyers and promotional materials throughout the community Build relationships with local General Marketing Support Update event information on online platforms Help generate customer reviews and testimonials Research new marketing opportunities and partnership ideas Assist with birthday party and membership promotions Qualifications Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable using social media platforms professionally Basic Canva design skills Positive, outgoing personality Ability to work independently and take initiative Reliable transportation Available for occasional evenings and weekends Preferred Experience Social media management Event planning or coordination Photography and video content creation Email marketing Customer service or hospitality experience Schedule & Pay Part-time position Approximately 10-20 hours per week Flexible scheduling Starting at $16/hour Opportunity for additional hours and growth based on performance Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who is creative, organized, loves working with families, and is excited to help grow a fun and fast-growing local business.
