Me Land Georgetown is a vibrant, circus-themed indoor playground designed for children up to 12 years old. Our facility features a thrilling obstacle course and interactive play structures that spark creativity, adventure, and fun. We're looking for enthusiastic and reliable team members to help us create memorable experiences for our young guests and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests with warmth and friendliness to create a welcoming atmosphere. Assist with check-ins to ensure a smooth and efficient entry process. Clearly communicate safety rules and monitor compliance. Respond to guest questions and requests to ensure a great experience. Maintain a clean and safe environment in all play and party areas. Set up, organize, and clean party rooms before and after events. Use the POS system for transactions and guest management. Operate smart devices for scheduling and operations. Be proactive in assisting with other duties as needed.
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, energetic, and approachable personality. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Passion for working with children and families from all backgrounds. Physically able to stand and move around for extended periods. Bilingual abilities are a plus. Weekend availability is preferred.
