We are currently seeking a dynamic Home Health & Hospice Medical Marketing Representative to generate and manage leads from various referral sources catering to our unique clientele. This role calls for a creative and proactive individual who can cultivate and maintain strong business relationships, driving the growth of our high-quality medical programs while serving as a liaison between our agency and the wider community. In this role, you will: Leverage all available resources to reach out to prospective clients and convert those prospects into valued customers. Engage with Case Managers, Physicians, Office Managers, Discharge Planners, Social Workers, Physical Therapists, Wellness Directors, and Personal Care Homeowners to promote our services. Collaborate with the management team to enhance marketing materials and expand our company's presence in specified territories. Keep our client database updated with accurate information. Actively prospect to generate new leads while maintaining productive relationships with existing clients. Remain informed on industry trends to identify potential growth opportunities for the company. Meet or surpass referral to admission targets. Schedule and conduct necessary sales calls per week with new referral sources. Perform daily rounds in assigned markets to identify new patients who may benefit from Home Health services. Assess potential clients in facilities to determine their suitability for Home Health services. Effectively communicate all essential information to the Agency Intake Coordinator to facilitate a seamless admission and transition to services. Collaboratively develop and maintain protocols tailored to new programs. Exhibit thorough knowledge of and ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to the agency's marketing efforts. Assist in guiding programs through collaboration and delegation with administrative and supervisory personnel. Establish a public relations program to communicate the agency's services and cultivate positive relationships with physicians and community organizations. Carry out additional duties as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
A high school diploma is required. Graduation from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience. A minimum of two years of sales and marketing experience within the healthcare sector. At least 1 year of experience in Assisted Living, Home Health, or Hospice is preferred. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Reliable transportation is essential. Proficient computer skills. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding established census goals; ability to meet monthly quotas. Excellent organizational and communication capabilities. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and social media platforms. Willingness to travel as needed. Ability to read, write, and speak the English language fluently. Capacity to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all organizational levels.
