Job Description

Promotion and Sales Coordinator Blair Clinic Lubbock, TX Job Details Part-time $25 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Interpersonal skills Business development Prospecting Appointment scheduling Time management Full Job Description Promotion & Sales Coordinator (PMC) Part-Time | 8-10 Hours per Week | $25/Hour + Up to $500/Month in KPI Bonuses Purpose of the Role The Promotion & Sales Coordinator is responsible for creating a predictable flow of new patient opportunities through community promotion, events, relationships, outreach, and sales activity.

This is a results-driven promotion and sales role . The PMC does not simply create awareness. The PMC creates opportunities that turn into: Events → Leads → Scheduled Prospects → Prospects Who Show → New Patients The position requires approximately 8-10 focused hours per week . What You Will Do Identify and secure promotional opportunities in the community Build relationships with businesses, gyms, fitness studios, employers, schools, organizations, clubs, and community groups Organize and execute health fairs, screenings, lunch-and-learns, business promotions, community events, and partnership opportunities Attend promotional events and actively engage attendees Start conversations with new people confidently and professionally Generate qualified leads Communicate the value of our services clearly Ask interested prospects to take the next step Schedule prospective patients for appointments Follow up with leads who have not yet scheduled Confirm upcoming prospects and support strong show rates Coordinate with the office team to ensure promotional leads are properly tracked Review results and continuously improve the activities producing the highest return What This Role IS This is a sales and promotional position . It is active.

It is community-facing. It is measurable. It requires initiative. It requires someone who enjoys meeting people, starting conversations, building relationships, and asking people to take action.
The right person is:
Outgoing. Organized. Competitive. Resourceful. Persuasive. Accountable. You should enjoy having a scoreboard and knowing exactly whether you are winning. What This Role IS NOT This is not a social media position. It is not sitting behind a computer creating graphics. It is not simply attending events and handing out brochures. It is not passive brand awareness. It is not measured by how busy you were. It is not measured only by how many events you attended. An event that produces no leads is not a successful event. Leads who never schedule are not enough. Scheduled prospects who never show are not enough. Winning means creating new patients. Monthly PMC Scorecard Every PMC is measured against five primary KPIs each month. 1.
Promotional Events Goal:
5 per month Successfully organize and execute at least five qualified promotional activities each month. Examples may include community events, corporate wellness events, screenings, gyms, fitness studios, schools, businesses, lunch-and-learns, networking opportunities, and strategic partnerships. 2.
Leads Generated Goal:
50 per month Generate at least 50 qualified leads from promotional activities and community outreach. A lead should represent a real person who has expressed interest and provided sufficient information for follow-up. 3.
Prospects Scheduled Goal:
20 per month Convert at least 20 leads into scheduled prospective patient appointments.
This means approximately:
40% of generated leads should schedule. 4.
Prospects Who Show Goal:
15 per month At least 15 of the scheduled prospects should arrive for their appointment.
This represents a target:
75% show rate. The PMC plays an important role in setting expectations, communicating value, and helping prospects understand why keeping their appointment matters. 5.
New Patient Conversions Goal:
12 per month At least 12 promotional prospects should ultimately convert into new patients. That represents approximately.: 80% conversion from prospects who show to new patients. While the clinical team is ultimately responsible for the patient experience and clinical conversion process, the quality of the people being generated by the PMC significantly influences this number. The PMC Growth Funnel The monthly target is: 5 Events ↓ 50 Leads ↓ 20 Scheduled Prospects ↓ 15 Prospects Show ↓ 12 New Patients The objective is not simply to hit one number. The objective is to successfully move people through the entire funnel. What Winning Looks Like A successful PMC consistently produces: 5+ Events / Month 50+ Leads / Month 20+ Scheduled Prospects / Month 15+ Prospects Who Show / Month 12+ New Patients / Month While working approximately: 8-10 hours per week The best PMC continually learns which events, locations, partnerships, conversations, and offers generate the highest-quality patients and then focuses more time on what works. Skills & Characteristics The ideal candidate has: Strong interpersonal skills Natural confidence approaching new people Strong verbal communication skills Sales ability Ability to ask for action without being pushy Excellent organization and follow-through High energy Professional appearance and communication Ability to build relationships quickly Creativity in finding promotional opportunities Comfort with rejection Personal accountability Ability to work independently Reliable transportation Strong time management Comfort being measured against KPIs Experience in sales, promotions, hospitality, fitness, events, healthcare, community outreach, business development, or customer-facing roles is helpful.
