This role expands upon the intern position by adding strategic responsibilities, advanced CRM management, and leadership in marketing execution. You will work closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize CRM processes, enhance data-driven marketing strategies, and contribute to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

CRM Leadership Oversee CRM system administration, including data integrity, pipeline management, and reporting. Develop and implement CRM workflows to improve sales efficiency and customer engagement. Train and support team members on CRM best practices and new features. Analyze CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights for marketing and sales. Help maintain contractor and distributor databases. Marketing Strategy & Execution Plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media, and digital advertising. Manage marketing automation tools and segmentation strategies for targeted outreach. Collaborate with leadership to develop content calendars and brand messaging. Social Media & Digital Presence Lead social media strategy, content creation, and community engagement. Monitor analytics to optimize performance and ROI. Promotional Materials & Events Manage inventory and distribution of promotional items and branded merchandise. Coordinate marketing support for trade shows, events, and customer engagement initiatives. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with sales, operations, and leadership to align marketing and CRM strategies with business objectives. Education:
