Entry Level Event Associate:

The Entry Level Event Associate is tasked with jumpstarting the sales cycle processes, from promoting the brand through events and marketing campaigns and qualifying prospective customers. You will directly engage with customers in a professional, friendly, and enthusiastic manner, sharing AT&T's latest array of available products, services, features, and benefits. Identify customer needs and recommend solutions that align with their interests. Answer questions and provide accurate information about products and services. Build strong customer relationships through positive and professional interactions. Track customer information and follow-up activities using company systems. Work closely with the sales and event teams to meet campaign goals. Maintain a professional image and uphold high standards of customer service.

Entry Level Event Associate Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Must be 18 years old or older. No previous sales or event experience required; training is provided. Customer service, retail, hospitality, marketing, or other customer-facing experience is a plus. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn. Comfortable speaking with customers and working in a team environment. Goal-oriented, dependable, and motivated to grow.
