7:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM About the Role Caddis Capital Management is the management company for Alpine Home Medical, Copper Star Home Medical Supplies, and You Can Home Medical. We are based in Draper, Utah, and support over 220 employees in Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, and Utah. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our marketing team. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who is eager to gain experience across a variety of marketing functions—from project coordination and budgeting support to digital reporting and website updates. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and excited to learn. You'll work closely with our team on operational tasks while also gaining exposure to larger strategy-driven initiatives, giving you a strong foundation for long-term growth in the field. Key Responsibilities Assist with daily marketing activities and administrative tasks to keep projects and workflows running smoothly. Support marketing budget processes, including expense tracking, coding, and reporting. Help manage marketing projects using Asana or similar project management software. Assist with website updates and content management through WordPress (experience with the Salient theme is a plus). Coordinate with internal teams to gather information, ensure deliverables are on track, and maintain clear communication. Contribute to digital reporting efforts, helping gather data and organize performance insights. Maintain organized documentation, files, and marketing assets. Take initiative in learning systems, tools, and processes to continuously improve workflow efficiency. Required Qualifications Strong interest in marketing with a genuine desire to learn and grow professionally. Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience with project management tools (Asana or similar). Experience using WordPress. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with the Salient WordPress theme. Basic or beginner-level skills in Adobe Illustrator. Experience supporting budgets, expenses, or tracking/reporting processes.
