About the Role Tukios is seeking a driven, consultative Account Executive to join our Legacy Local Ad team. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to our clients, leveraging a deep understanding of the funeral service industry to uncover and capture significant untapped market opportunities. If you are a motivated sales professional who aligns with our mission and thrives in a goal-oriented environment, we want to hear from you. On-Target Earnings (OTE): $75,000 - $85,000
Location:
Ogden, UT Key Qualifications & Requirements Professional Experience:
1-5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in B2B, digital advertising, or a consultative sales environment.
Market Intelligence:
Proven ability to research local business dynamics, analyze competitor strategies, and make data-driven decisions.
CRM Proficiency:
Strong track record of accurately tracking leads, maintaining data integrity, and managing a sales pipeline efficiently.
Consultative Sales Experience:
Skilled in diagnosing client needs and building customized advertising solutions, rather than relying on transactional product pushing.
Goal Alignment:
A history of consistently meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Core Competencies & Attributes Empathy & Emotional Intelligence:
Ability to navigate the memorialization industry with a high degree of respect, understanding, and emotional maturity.
Bias Toward Action:
A proactive, "hunter" mindset with a proven ability to independently generate pipeline and drive results.
Resilience & Composure:
Professionally resilient in the face of rejection and capable of maintaining composure during high-stakes client interactions.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities Strategic Execution:
Align individual sales strategies with company objectives, mission, and core values.
Account Management:
Effectively manage multiple accounts concurrently while maintaining a strict attention to detail.
