About NRV Utah NRV Utah is a community‑focused publishing group dedicated to celebrating the people, businesses, and stories that make Utah's neighborhoods vibrant. Manage three to four advertising projects at the same time while keeping all details organized. Collect ad copy and ensure all materials are submitted accurately and on schedule. Coordinate with editorial and production team to ensure ads are visually correct and meet deadlines. Review ad proofs with clients and secure final approvals. Work with accounting team to send invoices and assist with payment follow-up when needed. Maintain organized records of contacts, contracts, sales calls, and meetings. Represent the magazine at company events, Chamber of Commerce gatherings, and community functions. Identify new advertising opportunities, special features, or event sponsorship ideas that could attract new clients. Communicate clearly and professionally with clients throughout each project. Address client concerns promptly and work toward solutions that strengthen long-term relationships. Who We're Looking For Proven experience and success in advertising, media, or B2B sales — especially in relationship‑driven environments. Comfort with prospecting new businesses, cold outreach, and nurturing warm leads. Ability to explain value propositions clearly, especially to small business owners unfamiliar with advertising.
