15-30 hours per week (flexible schedule) About the Role We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. No previous sales experience is required — if you have a great attitude, strong communication skills, and a desire to learn, we will teach you everything you need to succeed. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, responsible for generating pipeline, qualifying leads, and setting the stage for our sales team to close deals. This is a great opportunity to launch or grow a career in sales. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective customers to generate new business opportunities Answer and engage inbound leads, conducting discovery calls to assess fit and qualify prospects Manage and follow up on leads sourced from trade shows and marketing events Schedule and confirm sales appointments, ensuring prospects show up prepared and on time Re-engage and follow up with prospects from sales calls that did not result in a close Maintain accurate records of all lead activity in our CRM What We're Looking For Strong verbal communication and active listening skills A positive, resilient attitude and comfort with making a high volume of calls Ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust with prospects Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and hit targets No prior sales experience required — we provide full training and will invest in the right candidate Schedule Flexible part-time hours ranging from 15 to 30 hours per week sometime between 8 AM and 3 PM Mountain Daylight Time Why Join Us?
