What You'll Do:
Traeger is seeking a Retail Marketing Specialist to join our team. As our Retail Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal part in creating brand awareness at point of sale and ultimately driving conversion. You will execute displays, marketing tactics and elevated experiences which enhance the consumer's instore shopping experience with Traeger in the US and Canada. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams, production partners and retailer team members to execute promotional marketing and in-store experiences.
How You'll Help Us Win :
Work cross-functionally within Traeger and with external vendors to create, coordinate and produce POP & fixture programs and planograms focused on increasing brand awareness and sell-through in retail environments Understand unique channel merchandising requirements, as well as what kind of pre-approved displays/fixtures each utilizes Manage calendars based on account schedules for floor re-sets and ensure we align on promotional and seasonal initiatives Work with approved partners to ensure all displays are refreshed as needed seasonally, for product launches, and when replacement parts are needed Responsible for maintaining a strong communication flow between all parties involved in executions - from cross-functional Traeger teams to agency partners to retailer account contacts Submit creative briefs for in-store/marketing assets Research and report on the retail landscape, consumer buying behavior in retail channels, competitor insights and inspiration from other brands both within and outside of the grilling industry Master RPM software tools like PlanogramBuilder and SketchUp What You'll Need to
Bring:
Ability to manage a variety of projects simultaneously in an organized fashion - keeping everyone involved aligned to meet delivery timelines and budgets 1-3 years' experience executing marketing and/or visual merchandising projects for a retailer, consumer brand, or at a marketing/instore experiential agency A knack for organizing and simplifying a variety of information and deliverables; analyzing situations; and proactively providing solutions Editing skills and attention to detail to ensure all deliverables are accurate and meet both Traeger brand guidelines and retailer process requirements Ability to build cohesive relationships both internally and externally and comfortable discussing projects with a variety of stakeholders Ideally, experience with RPM software tools like PlanogramBuilder and SketchUp Foundational knowledge of print, digital and fixture/POP production would be helpful
