In this role, you will serve as the central connection point between Curecrete's marketing department and our international distributors — ensuring they have the marketing resources, content, and campaign support they need to successfully promote Curecrete solutions in their local markets. You'll work closely with our internal marketing, sales, and technical teams to keep global messaging consistent while helping distributors adapt materials for their specific regions. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on organization, cross-functional collaboration, and making things happen across multiple projects at once. Responsibilities Serve as the primary marketing support contact for international distributors, helping them access and utilize Curecrete's marketing resources, product information, and campaign materials Coordinate requests for product literature, technical documents, project highlights, and promotional materials Assist with the development, organization, and maintenance of a library of international marketing assets — including product literature, case studies, photography, and video Coordinate translation, localization, subtitles, and transcription of marketing materials for global use Support planning and execution of international marketing campaigns and distributor initiatives Maintain regular communication with international distributors regarding resources, campaigns, and updates — including newsletters and announcements Coordinate collection of project case studies and content from distributors for use on websites, social media, and marketing materials Assist international distributors with marketing materials and logistics for trade shows and industry events Collaborate with internal teams to ensure distributors receive accurate, timely, and market-specific product documentation Qualifications Required Strong organizational and project coordination skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and requests simultaneously Comfortable working collaboratively with internal teams and international partners High attention to detail and ability to maintain organized marketing resources Preferred / a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field Experience in marketing coordination, distributor support, or international marketing Familiarity with marketing platforms, CRM systems, and content management systems Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, or Adobe Express Experience with social media management or online advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn)
