Geo-Technology Associates, Inc. (GTA) is seeking an enthusiastic and detail oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team in Abingdon, Maryland. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented marketing professional with strong writing, organizational, and graphic design skills.
Marketing Coordinator Key Responsibilities include:
Coordinate proposals, SOQs, qualification packages, and RFP/RFQ responses, including SF-330 and SF-255 documentation Develop and maintain marketing collateral, presentations, brochures, and promotional materials using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva Support website updates, social media coordination, e-blasts, and digital marketing initiatives Maintain marketing databases, project experience information, and SharePoint resources Coordinate trade shows, conferences, client events, and recruiting materials Monitor procurement opportunities and assist with prequalification/vendor submissions Collaborate with technical staff and project managers to gather project information and maintain brand consistency Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment These are a
PLUS:
Experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) industry Familiarity with Hootsuite, CRM software, or digital marketing tools Graphic design, photograph, or video production experience
