Full-time, Permanent W-4 employee position Position Overview Thrive Management Group is hiring an Event Operations Associate to support live event activities and ensure an organized, positive experience for attendees. This role centers on on-site event execution, guest interaction, and operational support during scheduled events. We are looking for someone dependable, adaptable, and comfortable working in dynamic, public-facing environments. Paid training is provided, and no prior experience is required. Key Responsibilities Prepare event areas prior to start time by arranging materials and signage Welcome and assist guests throughout the duration of events Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces Respond promptly to attendee questions or direct them to appropriate team members Ensure event materials are stocked and properly displayed Observe event progress and report any operational needs Assist with closing procedures and breakdown at event completion Qualifications Clear and professional communication skills Ability to remain composed in busy environments Strong time management and dependability Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings or weekends Comfortable standing for extended periods Background in hospitality, retail, or live events is helpful but not required
