Job Description

Our client is seeking a proactive, creative, and tech-savvy Marketing Coordinator to join their team in Chantilly, VA. This is a 100% onsite position designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a "can-do" attitude. As the Marketing Coordinator, you will be the engine behind their digital presence and provide essential support to the Marketing Department. This role is perfect for a social media enthusiast who enjoys blending creative content creation with organized administrative execution.
Location:
Chantilly, VA (100% Onsite)
Schedule:
Monday - Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (30-minute meal break)
Compensation:
$25.00/hr+
DOE Key Responsibilities:
Execute and support the social media strategy across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn among others. Design visually engaging graphics and basic layouts using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite to align with brand standards.
Digital Marketing Support:
Assist in the coordination of digital campaigns, email marketing, and website updates. Provide high-level administrative assistance to the Marketing Department, including scheduling, reporting, and maintaining marketing collateral. Monitor social channels, respond to inquiries in a professional and "outgoing" brand voice, and stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications & Skills:
High proficiency in Canva, Adobe (Photoshop/InDesign), and all prominent social media platforms. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience) is preferred.
Compensation / Pay
Rate (Up to): $25.00 - $27.00 Per Hour
