$30-$40 per hour Position Overview We are hiring a part-time Event Support Associate to assist with in-person professional events held in hotel event spaces and country club venues in Fairfax and Tysons Corner. This is an hourly, event-based role focused on on-site execution and attendee support. Key Responsibilities Manage attendee check-in and registration at the front of the event Assist with event setup and breakdown, including signage, seating, and materials Provide on-site logistical support during events Take accurate, organized notes on speakers, panels, and key discussion points Help ensure events run smoothly and stay on schedule Schedule Details Events typically run from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Occur weekly or biweekly, depending on the event calendar Paid hourly for time worked on-site Qualifications Reliable and punctual, with availability for evening events Professional demeanor and strong communication skills Comfortable interacting with attendees and speakers Able to stand for extended periods and assist with light setup tasks Prior event, hospitality, or customer service experience is helpful but not required Work Environment Hotel event rooms and country club venues Events located in Fairfax and Tysons Corner Business professional or business casual attire required Ideal Candidate This role is ideal for a student, recent graduate, or early-career professional looking for flexible, high-paying part-time work and hands-on experience in event operations and professional media environments.
