Job Description

The Norfolk Admirals Corporate Partnerships Intern will assist the Corporate Partnerships department with sponsor fulfillment, game night activations, and overall partnership operations throughout the season. This role is ideal for someone interested in sports business, sponsorship sales, marketing, and client relations.
Responsibilities include:
  • Assisting with sponsor fulfillment and activation execution during Admirals home games
  • Capturing proof of performance photos and videos for sponsor recap reports
  • Assisting with game night hospitality and sponsor experience coordination
  • Helping track sponsorship assets and ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled
  • Assisting with community events, promotional appearances, and partnership-related initiatives as needed
  • Providing general administrative and operational support to the Corporate Partnerships department Ideal candidates should be organized, professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced live event environment.
