REPORTS TO
Event Logistics Assistant
COMPETITIONS ASSISTANT
•Cross department support for competitive exhibit setups, placement of entries and preparation of displays
Set Up Spaces:
Arrange tables, chairs, display cases, and pens for livestock or exhibit halls.
Receive Entries:
Check in items or animals brought in by participants.
Organize Items:
Label and place exhibits in the correct judging areas.
Support Judges:
Hand out score sheets, run results, and keep areas clean during judging.
Tear Down:
Pack up displays and clean the venue after the fair ends.
Skills Needed Physical Strength:
Lift heavy boxes, tables, or animal equipment.
Organization:
Keep track of entry tags and paperwork.
Communication:
Answer questions from participants and staff politely.
