Love live music and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Elevation 27 is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Box Office Attendant to join our growing team. This role is essential to creating a smooth and seamless experience for our guests from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Sell tickets using Ticketmaster and Square POS systems (handling cash and card transactions). Track ticket sales and coordinate with management to complete nightly settlements for each show. Google Sheets experience is a plus. Manage and maintain venue guest lists in coordination with management and artists. Assist with pre-show setup and preparation. Support post-show cleanup, including indoor and patio areas. Jump in as needed during busy shows to assist with entry protocols.

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and organization skills. Comfortable handling cash and working with POS systems. Ability to multitask in a high-energy, live event environment. Team player with a positive attitude. Availability for nights and weekends. Previous box office, retail, or customer service experience preferred. Must be 18 years of age or older and have reliable transportation.
