Job Description

Erin Baker's is growing and we are looking for some great people to join us! This position provides administrative support for the Sales and Marketing department through creativity through our digital channels along with data processing and informative and prompt customer service, accurate record keeping and collaborative problem solving.
Primary Responsibilities Marketing:
Assist in the campaign development and post to Social Media (these posts can be pre-scheduled through Facebook and Later.com) Daily Instagram/ Facebook Stories Boosts posts for further reach
  • maintaining budget Interact Daily on Social Media
  • like, follow, share, comment Respond Daily to Social Media Comments & Direct Messages New Retailer/ Retail Promo Posts as indicated by Sales Team Manage Social Media Ads
  • like Get 4 Free Program Blog Posts
  • Recipe Creation, Lifestyle Trends, Food Tips and Health Taking Photos/videos for posts, stories & ads Reporting on Social Media Engagement Influencer Program Management
  • sending out product to influencers, so we have content to share on our platforms and usage of lifestyle picture Website Review Notifications Website Hero Banner Updates Blog Creations and sharing through digital platforms Email Creation and Implementation of promotions and news from the bakery
Customer Service:
Receive and respond to customer service calls for order processing and tracking
  • Responds to general product questions and customer feedback
  • Review and data entry processing for daily online orders
  • Provide general administrative support for various tasks in the office Qualifications
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications
  • Sales or Customer Service training or equal experience is required.
