We're looking for an organized, resourceful, and sales-minded person to provide part-time support for our growing wholesale/B2B sales business and retail operations. This is a varied role for someone who is comfortable working independently and can move easily between customer communication, sales support, marketing projects, research, and administrative work. We need someone who can jump in fairly quickly, with the opportunity for the position to grow over time. What You'll Do Manage sales and customer service inboxes, including communication with brands and B2B customers Follow up with prospective customers and assist with lead research and preliminary vetting Help maintain and grow our B2B sales pipeline Maintain customer records, account notes, contact information, and follow-up schedules Coordinate sales appointments, brand meetings, and customer follow-ups Assist customers with order questions, damages, shortages, invoices, and other account needs Create targeted sales emails and occasional text marketing campaigns Create and curate seasonal lookbooks and other sales materials Create polished, print-ready documents including line sheets, flyers, postcards, order forms, mailers, signage, and other customer-facing materials Use Canva and similar tools to create professional digital and print pieces Prepare physical customer mailings including catalogs, letters, postcards, and small sample packages Help develop and maintain third-party selling channels Keep digital files, catalogs, order forms, spreadsheets, and sales resources organized and current Assist with other sales, marketing, and administrative projects as needed Who We're Looking For You don't necessarily need wholesale sales experience, but you do need to be organized, tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating professionally with customers.
Our ideal candidate:
Has excellent written communication skills Is highly organized and follows through without constant reminders Is proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel Is comfortable with Canva and creating documents intended for professional printing Can quickly learn tools such as Calendly, Zoom, Google Meet, customer databases, and online sales platforms Can juggle multiple projects, deadlines, and follow-ups Has good judgment and knows when to work independently and when to ask questions Is equally comfortable with creative projects and detail-oriented administrative work An interest in retail, wholesale, gifts, beauty, home, fashion, or consumer products is a plus Schedule Approximately 10-20 hours per week to start. This position needs to be worked primarily during regular weekday business hours so you can communicate with customers, brands, and vendors in real time. Our ideal schedule is approximately 9:00 AM-2:00 PM , a few days per week, but we have some flexibility for the right person. We're more concerned with finding a consistent schedule that overlaps with the business day than requiring those exact hours. About the Role No two days will look exactly the same. You might spend one morning following up with prospective retailers and helping customers with orders, and the next creating a seasonal email campaign, preparing a print mailer, researching leads, or organizing upcoming sales appointments. We're looking for someone who enjoys that variety, takes initiative, and gets satisfaction from keeping things organized and moving forward. As you learn our brands, customers, and systems, we'd love for you to take increasing ownership of projects and help us build better systems for growing the business.
Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 20.0 per week
