Job Description
The Barry Company, one of Southeastern Wisconsin's most well-known and respected commercial real estate firms, is seeking a Marketing and Administrative Coordinator to join its team! If you have a can-do attitude, are detail oriented, creative and looking to gain invaluable experience in a small business atmosphere, then please read on! Our Downtown Milwaukee office has an immediate opening for a part-time, on-site, Marketing & Administrative Coordinator. We are seeking a creative and dependable professional who's motivated to help take The Barry Company to the next level! This position offers an incredible opportunity to become part of an award-winning, fun-loving, and hard-working team.
Responsibilities:
- Report to Director of Administration and Marketing.
- Prepare/assist with development of all property marketing collateral such as information sheets, brochures, biographies, proposals, presentations, advertisements, newsletters and reports.
- Coordinate multichannel marketing efforts: social media schedule, create and schedule content and website updates via WordPress.
- Facilitate all mailings for listed properties, new business development and annual gift-giving.
- Mail merge letters and address labels.
- Research market statistics, demographics and tax/assessment data as needed.
- Assist brokers with various projects, as requested.
- Maintain various spreadsheets (current listings, distribution lists).
- As needed requests from Director, brokers and president of the company.
- We are a small business, lending a hand as needed is essential!
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of marketing/administrative experience
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Suit
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign
- Experience with Canva
- Experience with WordPress or other website management system(s)
- Experience with Constant Contact or other e-mail platform(s)
- Experience with bulk mailing is helpful, but not essential (can train) Education
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred) Schedule
- 20 hours per week
- 9 AM - 1 PM, M-F; flexibility on schedule available Benefits
