Aug 21, 2026 Nonprofit The Foundation Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the team. This role primarily coordinates travel and lodging arrangements for our families, manages records and communications, supports special events, and assists with day-to-day office operations. Job duties include maintaining the file system, answering phones, ordering office supplies, copying, scanning, special projects, supporting families and assisting with our annual fundraiser. This position requires excellent organizational skills, time and project management skills and strong written and verbal communication. This person would need to exhibit compassion, positivity, confidentiality and a desire to help Wyoming families facing a difficult journey. The Foundation Assistant reports directly to the Executive Director. Hours
  • 20 hours per week, Monday through Thursday 9:00am
  • 2:00pm Additional hours may be requested during annual fundraiser January
  • March.
Required Saturday on day of annual fundraising event and possible weekend in August for Camp Courage Wyoming. Benefits include paid major holidays during regular work week and 2 weeks of paid vacation time (non-consecutive).
