Business Development Executive - Security & Low Voltage Guardian Integrators Daphne, AL | Field-Based Serving the Alabama, Mississippi, and Florida Gulf Coast Guardian Integrators is hiring a Business Development Executive to grow our security and low-voltage business across the Gulf Coast. This is a hunter role focused on winning new business. You will be selling access control, camera systems, and structured cabling to general contractors, electrical contractors, and commercial and industrial building owners. This role is built for someone who likes prospecting, building relationships, creating opportunities, and closing work. We are a small company, so this position offers freedom, ownership, and room to grow. What You'll Do Prospect and develop new business across your territory Build relationships with general contractors, electrical contractors, and commercial and industrial building owners Identify project opportunities early and stay involved through close Meet with customers to understand scope, schedule, and job requirements Work with our team to develop pricing, proposals, and solutions Present proposals and close new work Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities Support customer handoff to operations after the sale What We're Looking For 2-5 years of sales experience Experience in security, low voltage, construction, electrical, or related trades preferred Strong relationship-building and communication skills Comfortable prospecting and asking for the sale Able to manage a sales pipeline and stay organized Self-directed and comfortable working with a high level of freedom Willing to travel throughout the Alabama, Mississippi, and Florida Gulf Coast region Systems You'll Sell Access control Camera systems Structured cabling Compensation and Benefits $40,000 base salary plus uncapped commission Gas card Health insurance IRA Why Guardian Integrators Guardian Integrators is a small company where your effort matters. Pay:
$40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
