REGIONAL SALES MANAGER HIGHLIGHTS

Each day looks different, but expect to: Identify growth areas and revenue opportunities within your assigned territory (Atlanta, Nashville, and Birmingham) Hire, coach, and direct talented new sales representatives Build up area teams and provide constructive feedback to increase their success rates and secure more projects for the company Monitor your teams' performance and adjust strategies when appropriate to grow revenue

What You Need:

Excellent sales skills and aptitude Team-building and coaching skills Leadership abilities Ability to service the Atlanta, Birmingham, and Nashville areas Experience in a district sales or leadership position - preferred
