Job Description
Fitness Sales & Business Development Manager D1 Training - Bryant, Arkansas Base salary: $36,000 Expected total compensation: $50,000-$60,000+ Uncapped commission and performance bonuses D1 Training Bryant is hiring a competitive, relationship-driven salesperson to help grow memberships, partnerships, team training and overall facility revenue. This is a hands-on sales and business-development role. You will work alongside our sales recruiter, who handles the majority of initial lead outreach and appointment setting. Your primary responsibility is to convert qualified prospects, build relationships in the community and create new revenue opportunities. You will not spend your entire day making cold calls. You will spend your time closing sales, following up with prospects, meeting community partners and developing business. What You Will Own Conduct membership consultations and close qualified prospects Recommend the appropriate membership or training solution based on each prospect's goals Follow up with prospects who do not immediately enroll Reactivate former members and older sales opportunities Build relationships with schools, coaches, sports organizations and local businesses Develop team-training, corporate-wellness and community-partnership opportunities Prospect for new business through targeted calls, emails, visits and networking Attend local events and represent D1 Training Bryant in the community Maintain an organized sales pipeline and accurate CRM records Work closely with the recruiter to improve appointment quality, show rates and conversions Track and report sales activity, pipeline opportunities and revenue results Performance Expectations Following your training and ramp-up period, you will be expected to: Maintain a 50% or better close rate on completed membership consultations Consistently follow up with every unclosed prospect Generate new membership and training revenue each month Conduct 5-10 new partnership conversations per week Schedule 2-4 partnership or team-training meetings per week Maintain an active pipeline of business, school and sports-organization opportunities Meet established monthly and quarterly revenue goals Maintain accurate daily CRM and sales reporting This is a high-accountability position. Results, pipeline activity and follow-up execution will be measured consistently. Schedule Full-time Generally Monday through Friday Flexible hours, typically 10:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. Required evening coverage during peak appointment times Occasional community events, networking opportunities or weekend activities may be required Compensation $36,000 annual base salary Uncapped commission and performance bonuses Expected total annual compensation of $50,000-$60,000+ Additional earning opportunities tied to memberships, training packages, team deals and business partnerships Your earnings increase directly with the revenue you generate The complete written compensation plan will be reviewed during the interview process
