The Opportunity
As a Digital Grid Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in consulting services for diverse business applications, helping clients optimize operational efficiency. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. Within our Business & Supply Chain Operations practice, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment to recognize when to take action and when to escalate. Your ability to develop and sustain high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams contributes to the success of our firm.

Responsibilities
- Leading the implementation and integration of business applications to optimize client operational efficiency
- Analyzing client needs to develop tailored software solutions and strategies
- Providing training and support to facilitate seamless adoption of new technologies
- Managing project delivery and systems project management to meet client objectives
- Engaging in technical consultation to address complex client challenges
- Driving business transformation initiatives through innovative technology solutions
- Coordinating product operations and technology implementation for enhanced performance
- Applying analytical thinking to identify opportunities for process improvement
- Validating outcomes with clients and incorporating feedback to refine solutions
- Directing teams through complex situations, maintaining composure and focus
- Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to foster team development
- Modeling and reinforcing professional and technical standards within the team What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 years of experience What Sets You Apart
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree
- Demonstrating advanced skills in business transformation and technology integration
- Leading complex systems project management with a focus on operational excellence
- Innovating technology implementation strategies to enhance client outcomes
- Excelling in project delivery and management within diverse teams
- Utilizing analytical thinking to drive strategic decision-making
- Engaging in technical consultation to support business application consulting The salary range for this position is: $124,000
- $280,000.
