•Eligibility based on location Business Director Responsibilities include: Assists with implementation and assures all employees are following Company policies and procedures, and assist administering, coordinating and directing all activities in accordance with the policies and procedures, benefit enrollment, orientation, and general HR responsibilities and compliance. The role acts as a support to the human resources functions to assist the leadership team accomplish goals through people including but not limited to; personnel records, orientation, employee retention efforts, leave of absence and recruitment assistance within the community. Ensures compliance with all laws, rules, and regulations (i.e., HIPAA, State Regulations, OSHA, and infection control protocols, etc.). Prepare census changes, entering payments, ancillary charges, preparing statements, processing resident renewals and closing the AR books for each period. Maintains and review accounts payables and routing invoices to the appropriate department, entering invoices and tracking payment information. Verifies and maintains all employee records including those relating to actions involving the BD's direct reports. Directs and manages direct reports. Verify and submit timecards for bi-weekly payroll. Track used PTO time for all staff.

Qualifications:

Associate or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or a related field and two (2) years of experience with business office functions; or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Three (3) to five (5) years in business office management, finance or accounting preferred.
