Job Overview:
Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) is looking for a highly motivated, analytically minded storyteller to join its Insights & Analytics Team.
The Insights & Analytics team plays a valuable role by providing strategic, consultative guidance to deliver growth across emerging brands. Our goal is to continue as experts in the category & competitive environment, strategic partners internally & externally, champions of innovation & assortment optimization, and leaders in analytical process that drives revenue.
Primary responsibilities for this role are to provide and translate end-to-end analytics needed to optimize trademark performance, improve operational execution, and evaluate shopper engagement for decision-making.
What you will do:
+ Leverage data resources and insights to build stories that contribute to revenue growth and strategic objectives and conduct analyses to uncover hard-to-find opportunities
+ Assist in developing fully integrated consumer, shopper, category, and marketplace insights and trends to guide Walmart's strategic choices and tactical executions.
+ Assist in analyzing shelving, assortment, pricing, and merchandising to identify growth opportunities
+ Work closely with internal teams to maintain performance management routines including the streamlining of reporting cadences, macro performance assessments, and opportunity gap analysis
+ Collaborate with multiple internal cross-functional and external teams to connect business opportunities and develop solutions
+ Develop a system of reporting and score-carding that delivers sales performance and operation metrics, such as dollar/unit growth, set rankings, OOS, inventory, OPD metrics, etc.
+ Be fully integrated with Walmart business workflows, participating in internal meetings and projects
+ Bring a story-telling mindset, elevating insights beyond "what happened" to "why it matters" and "what should we do next"
Total Rewards:
+ Salary range $96,800 - $135,000
+ Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors

+ Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility
Requirements:
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred
+ A minimum of 3 years of business experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) with a focus on sales performance and operational analytics
+ Prior experience with Walmart / Sam's Club buying teams highly valued
+ Syndicated data knowledge (ex. Circana and/or Nielsen), experience in space planning software (ex. JDA), and Panel data experience (ex. Numerator) highly valued
+ Experience developing Power BI dashboards leveraging cloud-based data sources (including APIs) and automating reporting workflows using tools such as Power Automate
+ Experience with Walmart Retail Link & Scintilla is required
+ Exceptional communication skills - verbal, written, presentation and follow-through
+ Demonstrated ability to build sustainable, collaborative relationships with internal business partners
+ Capability to develop and influence strategies at both retailer and manufacturer level
+ High level of critical thinking and problem-solving skills as well as great attention to detail
+ Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
