Role Summary:
Summary of Role Description Business Development Manager is responsible for targeting and closing new customers, building customer relationships and driving new business by leveraging all of USAT services. This individual will act as a business consultant to establish credibility with prospects and present logical economically beneficial solutions.Principal Responsibilities:
(The following is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed. It is not an exhaustive list of all expectations.): Generate new business via direct sales; prospecting and following up on leads Mange customer interactions including fostering relationships, making customer calls and closing new business. Participation in face-to-face client meeting independently. Partner with account managers, regional managers and other branches. Collaborate with Regional Managers to ensure alignment with branch/division strategies in forecasting, business planning and pipeline development Have continuous engagement with customer to maintain close relationships and ensure ongoing success with accounts.Skills and Competencies:
