Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and process-oriented Manager of Sales & Revenue Operations to drive operational excellence across Sales, Client Success, and Marketing. This role will own the systems, processes, reporting, and insights that enable revenue-generating teams to work more efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with deep CRM and marketing automation expertise, helping transform data into actionable insights that improve productivity, pipeline performance, customer retention, and revenue growth. This position serves as a strategic partner to Sales Leadership, Client Success Leadership, and Marketing, ensuring alignment across the entire customer lifecycle—from lead generation through renewal and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Operations Strategy Develop and execute a scalable revenue operations strategy that aligns Sales, Client Success, and Marketing objectives. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, data quality, process automation, and reporting across the revenue organization. Partner with executive leadership to establish KPIs, performance metrics, and forecasting processes. Salesforce Administration & Optimization Serve as the primary business owner and administrator for Salesforce.com. Design, implement, and maintain CRM processes, workflows, validation rules, dashboards, and reporting. Ensure data integrity, governance, and adoption across teams. Evaluate and implement enhancements to improve user experience and operational efficiency. Marketing Operations Manage and optimize marketing automation platforms such as Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) or similar tools. Improve lead management, scoring, routing, attribution, campaign tracking, and reporting. Partner with Marketing to measure campaign effectiveness and pipeline contribution. Sales Performance & Enablement Optimize lead-to-opportunity, opportunity-to-close, and account management processes. Build and maintain reporting and dashboards that provide visibility into pipeline health, sales productivity, forecasting accuracy, and conversion rates. Partner with sales leadership to identify trends, bottlenecks, and growth opportunities. Client Success Operations Develop reporting and operational processes that support customer retention, renewals, upsell opportunities, and customer health monitoring. Create scalable workflows that improve customer lifecycle management and team productivity. Collaborate with Client Success leadership to establish meaningful performance metrics. Revenue Intelligence & Analytics Administer and optimize Gong or similar conversation intelligence platforms. Deliver actionable insights from customer interactions, sales activities, and performance trends. Build executive-level reporting and analytics that support data-driven decision making. Utilize Tableau Cloud or similar BI platforms to create advanced visualizations and executive dashboards. Cross-Functional Collaboration Act as the operational bridge between Sales, Marketing, Client Success, Finance, and Executive Leadership. Lead process improvement initiatives and technology evaluations. Manage vendor relationships for revenue technology platforms.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or a related role. Hands-on experience administering and optimizing Salesforce.com. Experience with Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) or similar marketing automation platforms. Experience with Gong or comparable conversation intelligence and revenue intelligence tools. Strong understanding of sales funnels, pipeline management, forecasting, and customer lifecycle processes. Advanced reporting and dashboard development experience. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Tableau Cloud or other business intelligence platforms. Salesforce Administrator Certification. Experience integrating revenue technology platforms and managing CRM ecosystems. Knowledge of customer success and renewal management processes. Experience supporting SaaS, B2B, or recurring revenue business models. Familiarity with data integration and automation tools such as Zapier, Workato, MuleSoft, or similar platforms.
