Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, this professional will play a key role in scaling sales operations and improving consistency across locations. Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Leadership
  • Lead, coach, and develop a distributed sales team across multiple locations
  • Establish KPIs and accountability frameworks aligned with company growth targets
  • Strengthen sales execution standards and performance consistency
  • Support managers and representatives through structured coaching and development
  • Revenue Strategy & Business Growth
  • Design and implement scalable sales strategies aligned with expansion goals
  • Identify opportunities to increase market share and improve conversion performance
  • Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing to optimize pipeline quality and campaign effectiveness
Performance & Forecasting:
  • Own forecasting cadence and revenue visibility across the organization
  • Monitor pipeline health and productivity metrics
  • Translate performance insights into actionable improvements
  • Support pricing and promotional alignment with leadership strategy
Team Development:
  • Recruit and onboard high-performing sales professionals
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Develop internal leadership bench strength within the sales organization
  • Lead performance evaluation cycles and recognition initiatives
Ideal Background:
  • We are looking for a leader comfortable operating in structured but fast-scaling environments, with strong exposure to service-based revenue models.
Preferred qualifications include:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in sales leadership roles
  • Experience supporting multi-location or regional sales organizations
  • Background in healthcare services, aesthetics, wellness, retail healthcare, or membership-driven environments are strongly preferred
  • Strong CRM and sales analytics experience
  • Proven ability to improve sales consistency and performance across teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills
  • Hands-on leadership style with strong execution discipline
