U.S. B2B
operations across wholesale, food service, and distribution. This role owns channel growth, account management, and day-to-day execution — working closely with Wooltari Korea's B2B team on planning and strategy. [
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
] Wholesale business management
  • Manage and grow existing wholesale customer accounts
  • Develop new B2B partnerships and revenue opportunities
  • Conduct account reviews, pricing discussions, and business follow-ups
  • Monitor sales performance, profitability, and account growth Food service & distribution execution
  • Execute U.S.-side business development and account management
  • Coordinate with Wooltari Korea's B2B team on planning and expansion
  • Support onboarding and execution for new business opportunities
  • Coordinate across sales, logistics, purchasing, and operations Team & operational leadership
  • Lead daily B2B operations and account management
  • Manage the B2B Account Assistant Manager across admin, customer comms, documentation, and order support
  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, purchasing, logistics, finance, marketing, and Korea office Sales growth & business development
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends
  • Drive revenue growth across multiple B2B channels
  • Prepare forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports
  • Participate in client meetings, industry networking, and business development [
QUALIFICATIONS
]
  • 8+ years in B2B sales, account management, or business development
  • Experience in the food, grocery, or distribution industry
  • Proven track record managing and growing customer accounts
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Bilingual Korean/English
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary:
$100,000 - $120,000
