This is a player-coach role where you'll run the team, own the numbers, and show up in the field with your crew when it matters. We believe homeowners deserve a sales experience that's honest, pressure-free, and built around their actual needs. We believe great sales managers don't manage from a desk, they set the standard on the doors. We're building a company where strong leaders can grow into real equity and long-term upside. WHO This Role Is For This role is for a sales leader who: Has D2D or in-home sales experience and knows how to train others to execute at a high level Thrives in a competitive, high-energy environment and raises the energy of everyone around them Is based in or willing to relocate to Chico (relocation package available) Can work Saturdays, our best days are weekend days Leads from the front: you'll knock doors alongside your team, not just manage from behind a desk Has the emotional intelligence to coach, motivate, and hold people accountable without burning them out Is hungry to build a team, culture, career Preferred Background Prior team leadership or management experience Solar Sales experience WHAT This Role Exists to Do The purpose of this role is simple: Build a winning sales team in the Chico market, own the outcomes, and close deals yourself when it counts. In this role, you will: Manage, mentor, and motivate your D2D sales crew to hit company goals Conduct weekly 1-on-1s with each rep to coach performance and build accountability Identify and assign sales territories across the market Report on team performance in weekly leadership meetings Own recruiting for your market, this team is yours to build Establish a winning culture: competitive, fun, and execution-driven Personally close a minimum of 4 jobs per month, you lead from the front What Winning Looks LikeBy 30 Days You know the product, the pitch, and the process cold Your reps know what's expected and you've started building trust with the team You've personally closed your first deals By 60 Days Your pipeline is structured and your team is executing daily You're running clean 1-on-1s and tracking performance by rep You're closing at or above target, personally By 90 Days Your team is hitting or approaching its collective monthly number You've recruited at least one strong addition to the crew You're running the market with minimal hand-holding from ownership How Leads Work Leads are generated by your D2D crew, the team you manage and build. You'll be in the field with them, setting the example and occasionally working the doors yourself. Your primary job is driving team output, but you'll stay sharp by closing deals personally.

Recruiting support: you own the process, we help fuel the pipeline Operations and financing support: no negative reviews, solid back-end execution Multiple products to sell: Roofing + Solar Experienced leadership that know the industry and will partner directly with you Compensation & Upside Compensation is commission-based with strong upside tied to team and personal performance.
Compensation:
$225k - $250k+ OTE Income is uncapped Equity compensation plan available for long-term leaders Company trips and sales contests / spiffs Relocation package available for the right candidate WHY This Is a Good Opportunity You'll be working directly with the owners, not buried in a corporate hierarchy where your results disappear into someone else's quota.
