Must come from Real Estate - MUST be bilingual Mandarin Reason last candidate didnt last was because he was too focused on his own deals instead of leading the team. Ultimately, this person is not here to conduct any deals of his own. We need this person to manage the sales team, and every deal this person gets a cut, so we can motivate him to recruit and train more agents, and then he will help and push agents to close each deal because he gets a percentage of every case that his team makes.

Sales Manager Responsibilities & Requirements:

1. Industry Insight & Market Strategy o Possess an in-depth understanding of the industry and target market. o Able to identify and seize business opportunities during both peak and off-peak seasons, and develop effective customer acquisition strategies. 2. Customer Relationship & Conversion o Understand methods for building customer trust and the complete customer conversion process. o Capable of improving customer satisfaction and loyalty to drive sales. 3. Team Management & Resource Integration o Have a clear understanding of each team member's roles, skills, and time allocation. o Skilled in leveraging both internal team and external resources to maximize efficiency. o Train and recruit more agents. 4. Tool Utilization & Innovation Sensitivity o Maintain a keen awareness of new management and creative tools (e.g., Monday, Salesforce, AI tools) and drive their effective adoption by the team. 5. Project Management & Goal Breakdown o Possess project management experience and the ability to break down high-level goals into actionable plans. 6. Cross-Department Communication & Leadership o Able to maintain alignment with owner and capable of educating, guiding, and training team members.
