We're looking for a Regional Manager - New Sales who can help elevate sales performance across the organization. In this role, you'll partner with regional leaders, support sales teams, and lead initiatives that improve customer engagement, operational effectiveness, and business growth. Wages This position offers a base salary of $119,000 to $148,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus performance-based bonus opportunity and a comprehensive benefits package. Responsibilities What You'll Be Responsible For Leading sales and marketing development initiatives across Quinn. Supporting regional teams in achieving growth objectives. Developing and delivering machine sales training programs. Identifying opportunities to improve sales effectiveness and operational performance. Coaching and developing team members. Collaborating with branch and regional leadership to execute strategic initiatives. Qualifications What You Bring Experience leading sales teams and influencing cross-functional groups. Strong business, sales, and relationship-building skills. A passion for coaching and developing people. The ability to turn strategy into action. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
