本岗位是公司在美国本土市场扩张的核心驱动力。您将负责从0到1搭建或升级本土销售团队,聚焦服装POD(print-on-demand按需印刷)与高端定制服饰行业。核心任务是全面开拓美国本土B端大客户资源(包括独立站、电商平台、品牌商、线下连锁实体及企业礼品市场),制定并执行销售策略,带领团队实现业绩突破,提升公司在海内外市场的占有率。 主要职责 /
Key Responsibilities:
1. 战略规划与本土市场开拓 (Market Expansion) 聚焦美国POD( print-on-demand )与定制市场: 全力开拓美国本土服装POD及定制服饰市场,将发展优质B端大客户(Key Accounts)作为核心任务。 多渠道获客: 充分利用 Facebook、LinkedIn、Skype 等社交与商务平台,结合线下拜访,精准挖掘电商平台官方服装招商资源、高GMV服装独立站、品牌商、活动策划公司、服装零售商及线下连锁实体店。 展会与商务代表: 代表公司参加美国本土主流服装展会、行业活动及重要客户拜访,积极组织渠道招商活动,提升公司的平台知名度与行业影响力。 2. 销售全流程管理与大客户洽谈 (Sales & Account Management) 端到端项目跟进: 负责大客户从初步接触、商品谈判、合同签署到最终履约的全程跟进,深入剖析客户需求,制定个性化的柔性供应链服务方案。 跨团队协同: 紧密对接内部的设计、研发及自动化生产团队,确保柔性快反订单的高效顺利执行,收集市场一线反馈以优化生产流程。 客户关系深耕: 建立完善的客户回访与专属维护机制,在多变的美国市场环境中及时捕捉二次开发与加深合作的契机。 3. 销售团队建设与日常管理 (Team Leadership) 从0到1团队赋能: 负责洛杉矶本土销售团队的日常管理与激励,建立健全的绩效考核(KPI)与激励机制,刺激团队成员的主观能动性。 梯队培养: 指导并带领团队成员完成整体业绩目标,提升团队的整体商务谈判能力与专业素养。 4. 商务合规与风险控制 (Business Compliance) 合规保障: 熟稔美国本土商务谈判流程与合同条款,了解加州及美国服装行业的法律法规与市场环境,在商务合作中有效规避法律与运营风险,维护公司权益。 任职要求 / Requirements 教育与背景: 市场营销、商务管理或服装设计等相关专业本科及以上学历(经验丰富、资源卓越者可放宽)。 行业经验: 3年以上 服装行业销售团队管理经验(具备 从0到1建队经验者 优选);深入了解服装POD(按需印刷)模式、美国服装供应链或印花工艺。 资源优势: 持有丰富的美国本土服装行业渠道资源 ,广泛覆盖电商、服装独立站(Shopify/WooCommerce等)及自有平台大客户。有现成、可直接对接的优质渠道者将被重点考量。 核心能力: 极强的B2B商务谈判能力和以结果为导向的销售推进力;具备优秀的商业礼仪与专业的商务形象。 语言能力: 英语流利(可作为工作语言进行深度的合同与商业谈判) ;因洛杉矶多元化市场及跨境协同需求, 熟练掌握中文或西班牙语者将获得大幅加分 。 软实力: 具备强大的自我驱动力与抗压能力,能在快速变化、高要求的服装制造与电商环境中保持冷静,高效解决跨部门或客诉问题;具备极强的快速学习能力与创新探索精神。 福利待遇 / Benefits 具竞争力的底薪 + 丰厚的销售提成/季度奖金/团队业绩分红 (Competitive Base Salary + Aggressive Commission Structure) 美国法定节假日 (Paid Time Off & Holy days) 广阔的职业晋升空间,直接参与公司北美区核心决策。
Key Responsibilities :
US Market Expansion
  • Focus on the apparel print‑on‑demand (POD) industry to drive growth in the US market. Prioritize acquiring high‑value key accounts, especially from the company's own platform, and build strong, long‑term partnerships to significantly increase market share in both domestic and international markets. Channel & Client Negotiation
  • Leverage platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Skype to identify and engage major US‑based POD apparel clients, including those from e‑commerce platforms, independent fashion websites, retail chains, and small‑to‑medium brick‑and‑mortar stores. Manage the entire sales cycle—from initial outreach to contract signing—to ensure successful deal closures. Sales & Promotion
  • Proactively identify potential POD apparel partners, such as brand distributors, retailers, physical stores, and e‑commerce platforms.
Regularly organize and execute effective channel development events. Participate actively in relevant POD industry trade shows and conferences to increase brand visibility, build stable, long‑term partnerships, and continuously grow market share. Customer Relationship Management
  • Deeply understand client needs and deliver customized service solutions. Maintain strong client relationships through regular check‑ins, exclusive events, and proactive communication. Use these interactions to highlight the company's strengths and innovations, identify collaboration opportunities, and drive more projects to completion. Sales Team Management
  • Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the sales team, motivate team members, and effectively lead the team to meet and exceed performance targets. Other Duties

Requirements:
Resource Advantage
  • Must have strong channel resources in the apparel industry, covering e‑commerce, independent websites, and proprietary platforms. Candidates with existing local US apparel resources will be prioritized. Those with ready‑to‑access high‑quality channels will receive special consideration. Industry Experience
