Acute Infusion Sales Manager
  • $95,000 - $105,000 Base Salary

Territory:
South Houston to Galveston, TX Are you a healthcare sales professional who thrives on building relationships, growing market share, and making a direct impact on patient care? Our client is one of the fastest-growing and largest privately held home infusion providers in the United States. With a national footprint serving patients across more than 40 states, they have built a reputation for clinical excellence, exceptional customer service, and a patient-first approach to healthcare. They are seeking an Acute Infusion Sales Manager to drive referral growth, develop strategic healthcare partnerships, and expand market presence within an assigned territory. This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated healthcare sales professional who enjoys working independently while collaborating with clinical and operational teams to improve patient outcomes. What You'll Do
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, health systems, clinics, physicians, case managers, discharge planners, and other referral sources
  • Generate acute infusion referrals and expand market share throughout the territory
  • Identify new business opportunities and create strategic growth plans
  • Collaborate with pharmacy, nursing, intake, and operations teams to ensure exceptional patient experiences
  • Achieve revenue, profitability, and referral growth objectives
  • Conduct educational presentations, in-services, and sales meetings with healthcare providers
  • Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
  • Analyze territory performance and adjust strategies to maximize results
  • Support managed care initiatives and reimbursement-related activities
  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation, call reports, and expense reporting
  • Stay current on disease states, infusion therapies, reimbursement trends, and industry developments What We're Looking For
  • Proven success in healthcare sales, business development, or account management
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
  • Experience calling on hospitals, clinics, physicians, case managers, or healthcare providers
  • Home infusion, specialty pharmacy, infusion services, medical device, pharmaceutical, or related healthcare sales experience preferred
  • Understanding of reimbursement processes and healthcare payer environments preferred
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory independently
  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
