Job Description

Park West is seeking a Sales Manager who will maintain and develop new sales opportunities within the Company's Maintenance Division. The candidate will develop sales strategies to increase regional market share with new clients, lead sales presentations and proposals, oversee the bidding process, and communicate with the Branch Manager and Company Leadership regarding new and current opportunities.
Role and Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the landscaping sector Generate leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, referrals, and industry events Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, providing exceptional service, and offering solutions that align with their goals Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences Present and tailor proposals that demonstrate our capabilities and address client requirements effectively Work closely with the operations and design teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of projects Contribute to the development of sales strategies, including pricing models, promotional activities, and market positioning, to increase the company's market share and revenue Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands Use this information to adjust sales tactics, improve service offerings, and identify potential areas for growth Reporting and Forecasting Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prepare regular sales reports, and provide forecasts to management regarding potential sales volumes and revenue
Qualifications and Skills:
Demonstrated success in sales within the landscape industry or related field Strong understanding of landscaping products, services, and industry practices Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members Ability to negotiate and close deals while maintaining client satisfaction Self-motivated with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets

Full-time Pay:
$90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
