Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Sales Manager specifically in Marriott-Hyatt Hotels to lead our sales and guest relations efforts at our prestigious chains The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive hospitality management experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves overseeing sales strategies, managing guest relations, supervising staff, and ensuring the overall success of the hotel's revenue goals. Multilingual abilities and a background in hotel management are highly desirable to enhance communication with diverse clientele and team members. Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize hotel occupancy and revenue. Lead and supervise the sales team, front desk staff, and guest services personnel to ensure high standards of service delivery. Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Oversee hotel operations including human resources functions such as staffing, training, and performance evaluations. Coordinate with marketing teams to promote hotel services and special packages. Utilize revenue management techniques to optimize room rates and occupancy levels. Supervise night audit procedures, front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and phone etiquette standards. Monitor budgeting processes, control costs, and ensure compliance with financial goals. Maintain knowledge of local market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to stay competitive. Ensure adherence to hospitality standards, safety regulations, and hotel policies. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel sales roles with supervisory responsibilities. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Proficiency in hotel management systems, multi-line phone systems, and night audit procedures. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly preferred to facilitate communication with international guests. Knowledge of revenue management, budgeting, human resources, guest services, and hospitality industry standards. Exceptional communication skills including phone etiquette and guest relations expertise. Previous experience in resort or hotel environments is advantageous. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
