Hotel Sales Manager Benefits & Compensation:

3+ years of corporate hotel sales experience in the Orange County area Proven ability to identify prospects, conduct research, and close deals with strong negotiation skills In-depth understanding of the hotel & travel industry, with solid grasp of market dynamics Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative communication style Detail oriented and strategically minded, with a talent for nurturing long-term business partnershipsHotel Sales Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
Collaborate with hotel leadership to identify key business needs and execute targeted sales strategies across group, catering, and transient segments—including corporate events, SMURF, and group stays. Oversee a portfolio of assigned accounts, develop top clients through customized Account Development Plans, and maximize production from existing relationships. Identify new business opportunities, research industry trends and target companies for strategic outreach. Handle inquiries, pricing, proposals, and contracts efficiently; manage all stages of the sales process from RFP to final contract and event planning, ensuring timely follow-ups and high conversion rates. Prepare and distribute BEOs, coordinate internal communication, and maintain accurate client records and booking activities to ensure seamless execution.Benefits
