This position is responsible for leading and managing the Mainstream West sales team across grocery retail and distributor accounts across the Western U.S. A bachelor's degree, at least 5 years of sales experience, 2 years of leadership experience, and the ability to travel is required. Ability to speak Japanese is a plus, but not mandatory. This is a full-time, exempt, hybrid, position with excellent benefits and 401k. (

Schedule:

1 day in person, 4 days WFH after 3 months)

Bilingual English/Japanese Senior Sales Manager Duties:

• Implement and monitor sales activities to achieve company objectives
• Work with sales team and oversee team performance
• Review, create and present sales results and market insights to upper management
• Manage Western U.S. broker network
• Monitors the team's Accounts Receivable
• Collaborate with other departments to promote teamwork and alignment with company goals and strategies-Train new employees and sales representatives

Bilingual English/Japanese Senior Sales Manager Skills:

• Must have a bachelor's degree
• Must have at least 5 years of sales experience
• 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Experience working with food distributors
• Must be proficient in MS Office
• Must be able to travel
