This role is ideal for a hands-on sales leader who can build processes, improve communication, create accountability, and help drive the next phase of growth. The Sales Manager will partner closely with ownership, lead an existing team of inside and outside sales professionals, and help bring structure and consistency to how the department operates. We are looking for someone who can earn trust, influence effectively, and confidently guide the organization toward best practices. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Performance Lead, coach, and develop a team of inside and outside sales professionals Establish clear goals, expectations, and performance accountability Conduct regular pipeline, activity, and performance reviews Create a high-performance, customer-focused sales culture Process & Structure Build and improve sales processes, standards, and workflows Implement clear documentation, follow-up discipline, and communication standards Strengthen handoff and coordination between sales, customer care team, and operations Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting for leadership visibility Revenue Growth Drive revenue growth through team performance, retention, and new business development Identify market opportunities and strategic accounts Assist with major proposals, negotiations, and closing opportunities Ownership Partnership Partner closely with company ownership on strategy, priorities, and business development Provide thoughtful recommendations and constructive pushback when needed Help align day-to-day sales execution with long-term company goals Qualifications 7+ years of
B2B & B2C
sales experience 3-5+ years leading a sales team Proven success improving under-structured sales environments Strong experience building accountability and coaching performance Ability to communicate effectively with ownership and cross-functional teams Experience with CRM systems, reporting, and pipeline management Strong commercial judgment, professionalism, and leadership presence Preferred Qualifications Large-format printing experience strongly preferred Printing, manufacturing, or custom project-based sales experience preferred Experience working in founder-led or entrepreneurial businesses preferred Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems a plus Work Environment & Expectations Fast-paced, growing organization of approximately 50 employees Ownership is actively involved in the business and sales function Success requires strong communication, adaptability, and emotional intelligence This role requires balancing collaboration with accountability Ideal candidate is comfortable building structure where processes are still evolving Additional Information Full-time, on-site position in Garden Grove, CA Salary range reflects expected base pay; final offer depends on experience Incentive compensation available Equal Opportunity Employer Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Retirement plan with company match Additional company benefits (details will be shared during the hiring process)Pay:
