The ideal candidate will have a proven background in consultative B2C sales, team leadership, CRM management, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets. Train and coach team members on CRM usage and sales strategy. Optimize CRM reporting and sales activity tracking. Drive growth across LED lighting and HVAC product sales. Build strong client relationships and lead by example. Requirements 3-5+ years of experience in LED lighting, HVAC, and HVAC controls sales. Experience managing and growing sales teams. Strong CRM management and reporting experience. Proven success in consultative B2C sales within the energy industry.
