We provide top-tier training for students pursuing their Commercial Class A License , and we need a strong leader who can manage sales, staff, and daily operations. This is not a receptionist role—this is a management position requiring sharp sales skills, leadership, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and close incoming sales inquiries Take phone calls, process payments, and complete enrollment paperwork Clearly explain program details and contracts to students Oversee day-to-day location operations Supervise employees and communicate with instructors and mechanics Manage and coordinate student drive schedules
Requirements:
Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) Confident with computers and fast at navigating systems Strong multitasking and organizational skills Comfortable with sales and client interaction Leadership experience preferred Must be punctual and reliable If you're highly motivated, organized, and ready to take ownership of a leadership role, we want to hear from you!
