The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing internet leads, inbound and outbound sales activities, appointment-setting performance, and CRM accountability. This leader must bring exceptional urgency, strong coaching skills, and a passion for creating a world-class customer experience. The Sales BDC Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing BDC representatives, managing lead response processes, maximizing appointment show rates, and ensuring every customer receives fast, professional, and consistent communication.
